Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Betreuer, der sich auf die Betreuung von SAP-Anwendungen spezialisiert hat. Als Senior-Service-Owner bist du verantwortlich für die IT-seitige Betreuung unserer Anwendungen und sorgst dafür, dass sie reibungslos und sicher laufen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Analyse von Störungen, die Lösung von Problemen und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Anwendungen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Fachbereich und externen Dienstleistern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Anwendungen den Anforderungen entsprechen.
