We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Project Coordinator to join our founding team at Softwaregini in Hamburg or Berlin.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our customers, product team, and partners to drive business growth and success. As a Founders Associate intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational and strategic initiatives.

  • You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, goals, and use cases, providing valuable insights to inform our product development.
  • You'll establish and maintain relationships with leading software providers, expanding our partner network and driving revenue growth.
  • Plan and monitor progress, ensuring timely execution of tasks required for client success, and collaborate with our product team to improve and evolve our SaaS platform.
  • You will manage your own projects across various areas, applying your creativity and resourcefulness to drive results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Partner management: Establish and maintain relationships with leading software providers to expand our partner network.
  • Project coordination: Plan and monitor progress, ensuring timely execution of tasks required for client success.
  • Product improvement: Collaborate with our product team to improve and evolve our SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, creative, and reliable, with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. You should have a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude, with a high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS.

A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field is preferred, along with first professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager, or customer success manager in the IT industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • A pursued degree in business administration, business informatics, or similar.
  • First professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager, or customer success manager in the IT industry.
  • A great deal of self-confidence, empathy, and sensitivity in dealing with others.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude.
  • A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS.
  • A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decision-making problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A modern and attractive office in the center of Hamburg (Stadthöfe, 20355 Hamburg) or Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
  • Home-Office allowance of €50 gross/month.
  • 30 days of vacation/pro rata temporis.

Please note that we offer a salary range of approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
