About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at JULABO GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell all products of JULABO GmbH to international customers and partners.
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance to international customers and partners, with a focus on Spanish-speaking countries and Latin America, as well as other regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global customers and partners.
  • Research and acquire new international customers.
  • Collaborate with other JULABO departments to develop and implement customized solutions and projects.
  • Train international sales partners at our location and on-site.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis and develop strategic plans to expand sales opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in international trade shows and events.
  • Contribute to project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a technical focus or a technical degree with business knowledge. Equivalent qualifications are also welcome.
  • Experience in selling technical products in B2B, preferably in international sales.
  • Confident and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, English, and Spanish are essential.
  • High level of motivation, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, and responsible behavior.
  • High team skills and social competence.
