Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at JULABO GmbH. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the technical products market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international market, leveraging your expertise in technical products sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the technical products market, informing sales strategies and tactics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to international sales partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell JULABO GmbH products.
- Education: Business degree with technical knowledge or technical degree with business acumen.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of technical products, preferably in international markets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, professionalism, proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems, excellent communication skills in German, English, and Spanish.
- Personal Qualities: High level of commitment, negotiation skills, willingness to travel, entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, responsible, and team player with strong social skills.
