About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager/Director with expertise in managing life science customers to join our team in Germany.

As a hybrid Senior Account Manager/Director, you will play a vital role in driving the success of this account, covering commercial management, new business identification, and delivery governance.

You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to consult, design, and deliver digital innovation & transformation solutions to clients in the Healthcare and Life Science vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor with the HLS space, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across various areas.
  • Assess client opportunities, generate & respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help close/sign new deals.
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and project team organization, leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase.
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges in the sectors, markets, and geographies (focus on France) in which our clients operate and offer clarity on how these affect our clients' businesses and initiatives.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our Life Sciences portfolios.
  • Align with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals, including revenue and profit targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable broad and deep expertise in Health and Life Sciences clients in Germany.
  • Deep industry experience in trend-setting, digital & innovative technology-focused leadership positions, or the equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
  • Willingness to lead people and recruit your own team.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Seasoned presentation skills.
  • Gravitas and personal credibility with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated success in effectively managing client consulting engagements in fast-paced environments, meeting expectations, and completing the management of digital innovation transformation programs to completion.
  • Sound business acumen; commercial and strategic skills; numeric fluency; negotiation skills; advocate for diversity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
