Quality and Process Optimization Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement process engineering concepts to drive business growth.
  • Continuously improve and maintain the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Implement quality management standards and provide training to employees to ensure a culture of quality.
  • Drive global harmonization of quality processes and systems, ensuring consistency and validation across locations.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits, and support management reviews to ensure compliance and improvement.
  • Represent the quality control team in daily operations and ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, process engineering) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and improvement.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and experience as an auditor (9001, 14001, 50001) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to implement and structure processes.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
