Job Summary:

Arguile Search is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the commercial negotiation of new business with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Identify the risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements; ensure these are clearly understood and that the business fully appreciates any potential impact.
  • Contract Documentation: Reviewing, drafting, updating, and maintaining contract documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and reporting performance and compliance against contractual obligations, including commercial performance, financial management, and contract management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring customer satisfaction and working with the contract delivery teams to ensure that the management of change request process and change implementation is carried out in line with the contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Reporting on progress of change requests and projects, and reviewing contract performance, assessing commercial risks, and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to manage the risk.
  • Dispute Resolution: Preventing and resolving contractual disputes, and assuring adherence to Group Commercial Policy.
  • Client Engagement: Supporting the client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post contract signature, to achieve the orders, profit, and cash budget, and overall management of the Client relationship.
  • Project Delivery: Supporting the delivery streams who are responsible for the delivery of projects and providing clear direction working with the client engagement team.

Requirements:

  • Pre-Contract Experience: Experience of working in a pre-contract signature environment.
  • Collaboration: Experience of working closely with finance, operations, and technical specialists.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience of negotiation with customers.
  • Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of both the legals and financials.
