- Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Learning, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes
- Provide expert guidance and support to users and key users to maximize system effectiveness
- Design and develop engaging online training courses and learning journeys
- Lead internal project teams to coordinate specialist content for reinsurance-specific learning journeys
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis to evaluate the success of our learning initiatives
- Proven experience in Learning & Development with a focus on digital offerings and learning journeys
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially the Learning module
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
- Fluency in English and German
- Flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave
