Job Title: Working Student in Data Management & Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and visualizing data to support our organization's mission to enhance the livelihoods of smallholder coffee farmers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze monitoring, evaluation, and financial data to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards in PowerBI to track project impact.
  • Support the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning team with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Your Profile:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in data science, business intelligence, economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of German a plus.
