Job Title: Equipment Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Data Governance Specialist to join our team at KION Group. As a key member of our Sales & Service organization, you will be responsible for implementing and improving data quality management processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and facilitating audits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and improving data quality management processes, including defining standards, guidelines, and procedures for Sales & Service at EMEA level.
  • Ensuring EMEA data practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR, ISO 8000, etc.
  • Facilitating audits and ensuring data quality and robust data governance in line with KION standards.
  • Contributing to equipment data lifecycle management at KION Group and ITS EMEA Sales & Service level.
  • Supporting the Global Data Owner in defining data access and security and acting as a point of contact for alignments of regional data access requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data lifecycle, quality, security, and privacy.
  • Practical experience in data management and data analysis.
  • SAP system knowledge and practical experience, ideally R3 and S/4 HANA, especially with equipment and equipment-related data objects.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders about data-related topics at management and operational levels.
  • Able to understand, investigate, and present complex data and process topics.
