As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation by defining and optimizing processes for sourcing, selecting, and contracting suppliers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities- Owning the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Developing and implementing efficient procurement strategies to secure the best suppliers at optimal terms.
- Establishing a streamlined overall procurement process to meet day-to-day operational requirements effectively.
- Selecting and contracting leading development partners for structures, systems, and various work packages.
- Ensuring all necessary contracts are in place to support Microliner development and production phases.
- Implementing and managing a comprehensive supply chain management process to monitor and improve supplier performance.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.
- Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including empathy and strong communication capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with strong planning abilities.
- Fluency in both German and English, with advanced negotiation skills in both languages.
