Personnel Specialist for European Operations

Founded in the 1940s, VitrA has established a strong presence not only in its home market of Turkey but also internationally, particularly in the ceramic tiles and sanitary ware sectors since launching its brand in 1966. The German tile market plays a crucial role, with VitrA Fliesen GmbH & Co. KG contributing approximately 50% of the revenue in Europe through a small yet highly efficient sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the internal customer group across three locations in Europe, ensuring effective management of selection and placement, performance management, talent and career development, budget planning, training, and other essential HR operations.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify and address business needs.
- Implement tailored people strategies and solutions that align with specific business objectives.
- Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing employee loyalty and reinforcing the employer brand within the designated locations.
- Lead the rollout of new and existing HR practices and systems throughout Europe.
- Ensure the dissemination of the group's policies and practices across the European regions.
- Provide legal guidance and insights from the employee experience in Europe to assist in the formulation of new procedures and policies that align with the Group's HR strategy.
- Contribute to organizational performance by offering strategic consulting on people and organizational development initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and execute all HR activities related to talent acquisition, employee relations, policy interpretation, and application.
- University or master's degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, etc.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- A business-oriented HR professional with a strong commitment to being at the forefront of all HR-related matters.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
