Unser Unternehmen sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft als SAP ERP Banking Solutions-Experte, um in unserer Abteilung die Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Services zu übernehmen.

Hauptaufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die regelmäßige Evaluation des Services in Bezug auf Nutzung, Interaktionspunkte, Weiterentwicklung sowie Erreichung der Ziele.
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Releases, Tests sowie Rollout nach modernen IT-Standards.
  • Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Konzeption von Lösungen zur Optimierung unter Einsatz von Spezialkenntnissen.
  • 2nd-Level-Support inklusive Schnittstellenbetreuung zu Umsystemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Betrieb und Fachbereich.
  • Beauftragung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister für Wartung und Weiterentwicklung (3rd Level Support) inkl. Qualitätskontrolle der gelieferten Ergebnisse.
  • Erstellung von Budgetplanungen und Überwachen der Budgetverwendung inkl. Zielerreichung.
  • Mitwirkung und Teilprojektleitung in Projekten zur Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung.
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, Wartungs- und Update-Maßnahmen.
  • Beauftragen und Überwachung von Systementwicklungen inkl. Koordination von externen Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern.
Besondere Voraussetzungen

Wir erwarten folgende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Expertise in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen und Systemen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungssteuerung.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Kenntnisse zu den entsprechenden Business-Service/SAP Modulen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturen.
  • Gutes Verständnis für regulierte Umgebungen und Compliance-Anforderungen.
