Marketing Manager, European Assisted Reproductive Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in the European Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and tactical programs to achieve sales targets and optimize business opportunities in direct EU markets.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to understand the global marketing plan and execute field-based marketing programs that support that plan.
- Develop and implement long-range and short-range regional marketing plans utilizing a matrix business approach for regional implementation in direct EU markets.
- Work closely with Global Marketing, Sales, and MARCOM to develop messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies that crystallize and deliver our products' value propositions in novel, compelling, and memorable ways.
- Participate in the development and execution of brand management plans that help contextualize and improve the company's reputation among key audiences.
- Develop relationships with industry leaders and maintain key opinion leaders to shape market adoption and awareness.
- Monitor key performance indicators for marketing programs and report metrics to the Management Team on a monthly basis.
- BA/BS degree in Biology or a Life Science or MBA.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with a technical background and/or marketing experience.
- At least one year experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English.
