Supply Planning Analyst

A Supply Planning Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain. This position involves planning and managing the supply of goods to meet customer demand, optimizing inventory levels, and minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate stock projections based on supply plans that align with demand forecasts.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse capacity planning, analyzing potential risks and opportunities.
  • Track and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Analyze data and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Support operations cost-effectiveness by tracking incoming capacity and analyzing risk in upcoming inbounds.
  • Coordinate and monitor orders from Asia to Europe, projecting the impact of ETA changes on country availability, stock levels, and warehouse capacity.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and improve overall supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, PowerBI).
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems and logistics management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
