Supply Chain Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team in Germany. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, managing production schedules, and ensuring seamless logistics operations to support our pharmaceutical product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
  • Utilize advanced planning tools and software systems to streamline supply chain processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to drive operational excellence and cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German language and English is preferable.
  • Proven experience in supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management techniques, and production planning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using excel software such as SVerweis and Pivot-table.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to pharmaceutical supply chain operations is desirable.
