Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our Customer Success Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the personal development and guidance of a talented team, while actively contributing to the development of our national and international enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diverse IT and integration projects in the enterprise environment, ensuring alignment with the company mission and team goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop project plans and ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized software solutions.
- Coordinate requirements, problem-solving, and project delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Make technical decisions and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external development partners.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in building and managing delivery teams in the SaaS environment.
- Basic coding and/or development knowledge.
- Experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST API, and API-based integrations in enterprise IT.
- Project management experience, preferably Agile, with PSM1 or PMI certification.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Fluent command of German and English.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience, ideally SaaS B2B experience.
