About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team at AVIV Group and contribute to the development of our leading PropTech platform in Europe. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions that address complex problems.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs and timely delivery of projects.
  • Proactively advocate for user experience and measure its impact through data analysis and A/B testing.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on user research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and current design trends.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
