Cowboy is a Belgian startup that develops innovative electric bikes for urban riders. Our mission is to improve urban mobility and provide a sustainable, efficient, and enjoyable transportation solution.
We are looking for a mobile service representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for repairing electric bikes on-demand, providing a world-class repair experience to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Repairing electric bikes at customers' doors
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Self-employed or freelance status
- Fluency in the local language and English
Benefits:
