E-bike Technician

We are seeking a skilled E-bike Mechanic to join our team at Upway's Refurbishment Centre in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing e-bikes to the highest standards, ensuring they are delivered to our customers in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and refurbish e-bikes independently, including reception, inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control
- Work with your team to prepare e-bikes for delivery to our customers and maintain the existing fleet in good condition
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service and e-bikes
- Collaborate with your team to optimize the warehouse and its operations
- Thorough expertise in electric bike mechanics (1-2 years for Bike Mechanic, 2+ years for Senior Bike Mechanic)
- Passion for excellence and ability to work independently
- Enjoy trying out new repair processes and their continuous improvement
- Good knowledge of German and/or English
- Competitive fixed monthly salary and fixed-term employment contract

- Comfortable working environment with electric stands
