Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Thermondo GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our climate-neutral living solutions to homeowners in a designated sales area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to assess customers' energy needs and provide personalized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in German (C1 level or higher)
