Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough safety and durability tests on furniture in our in-house laboratory, adhering to DIN EN and E DIN EN 17684 standards
• Perform ongoing quality checks during production to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Review and approve test reports to guarantee accuracy and reliability
• Support the process of obtaining recertification for key certificates and quality seals for kitchen, bathroom, and living room furniture
• Collaborate in the development of measurement, testing, and experimentation activities to enhance product quality
• Create comprehensive test plans and technical quality management instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Enhance and maintain testing and measuring equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Wood Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent with additional technical training
• Previous experience in furniture testing is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Sound knowledge of furniture standards and their application is crucial
• Structured, independent, responsible, and goal-oriented work approach is required
• Ability to travel for business purposes is necessary
