Powertrain NVH Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Powertrain NVH Expert to join our team at European Tech Recruit.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative NVH solutions for new energy power assembly products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle/powertrain system integration development, mass production introduction, and comprehensive development management of production, technology, quality, equipment, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement E2E assembly design, component quality, processing inspection, assembly test process research, and standard construction for new energy power assembly products.
• Leverage technical expertise to tackle complex test/NVH problems using data analysis tools such as RedX, 6sigma, 8D, and 5why.
• Design and develop high-performance NVH data collection systems, intelligent diagnosis systems, and AI big data analysis tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in the vehicle/powertrain industry with 10+ years in managers and experts of large domestic joint venture/foreign-funded automobile or Tier manufacturing enterprises.
• Strong understanding of NVH development and manufacturing quality control for automatic transmissions and new energy electric drive/hybrid systems.
• Familiarity with DISCOM, LMS Testlab, Head, and PAK NVH test analysis tool software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location:

This position is based in China/Germany, with frequent travel to various locations for work assignments.
