Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies that align with Siemens' sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our supply chain meets our environmental, social, and governance standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential sustainability risks in our supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that they meet our sustainability standards.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics to ensure that we are meeting our goals.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or sustainability-related roles.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and GHG Protocol.
  • Strong skills in controlling, data analytics, and data integrity.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and German.
