Operations Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial management of a major production area, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with production functions to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the value stream.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and present budget plans, forecasts, and monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize controlling systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with a focus on finance/controlling.
- At least 3 years of experience as a controller in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO), MS Office (Excel), and BI/AO tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand complex issues, and high demand for data and decision quality.
- Fluent German language skills.
