Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our sales team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling NetApp's full product, cloud, and professional services portfolio to new and existing customers across top commercial accounts in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing industry contacts to acquire new customers
  • Identify, source, and initiate contact with new prospects
  • Manage the sales pipeline to quickly grow prospects into new customers
  • Develop existing customer relationships to increase product utilization
  • Enhance ongoing communication to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Proactively identify and address support issues in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation, and execution of sales plans
  • Regular forecasting and reporting of revenue
  • Maintain and demonstrate a commercial and technical understanding of NetApp's products and services
  • Attend and speak at tradeshows and conferences
  • Manage RFP responses
  • Provide or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts

Requirements:

  • 8 to 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in an IT enterprise space
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Channel/Partner Eco-system in a similar environment as NetApp
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions
  • Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisions
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Conversant in the space of Data Centre and Infrastructures coupled with either Cloud, DevOps, or Software knowledge and experience
