As a Brand Manager at Scalable GmbH, you will play a crucial role in refining our brand strategy and developing tactics to further strengthen our awareness in the market. Your expertise will drive state-of-the-art ways to tell a compelling, consistent brand story that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with our business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders for specialized projects
  • Oversee the coordination with and support campaign management
Requirements:
  • Customer-obsessive mindset with a passion for the finance world and trends in advertising and pop culture
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and organization, combined with innovative thinking
  • Proficient in using design and marketing tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite)
  • Experience in a leading advertising agency, in-house agency, or consulting environment (e.g. Art Direction, Concepting & Copywriting or Creative Strategies)
  • Relevant university degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, or other related field of study
  • Native-level German and fluent English
