The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €70,000-€90,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's overall objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing market opportunities and customer needs to drive sales growth.
  • Setting sales targets and creating plans to achieve these targets.
  • Developing negotiation plans in collaboration with international teams.
  • Carrying out audits in individual countries to ensure progress and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY COUNTRIES AND PARTNERS TO IDENTIFY THEIR NEEDS.
  • Driving the development of solutions to meet these needs.
  • Working closely with departments such as marketing or controlling to ensure sales strategies are in line with overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience at senior KAM level.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of category, account, and channel management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to work in diverse cultural environments and manage relationships with stakeholders on a global scale.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take responsibility.
