Marketing and Event Planning Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Event Planning Assistant to join our team at the August-Wilhelm Scheer Institut. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of events, webinars, and workshops, including sending mailings and editing videos.
  • Maintain and update contact data and CRM systems.
  • Support colleagues in online marketing, including website maintenance and writing editorial texts.
  • Develop presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying business administration with a focus on marketing, medium-sized business management, or business informatics.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Strong IT affinity and interest in forward-looking IT topics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
