About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Event Planning Assistant to join our team at the August-Wilhelm Scheer Institut. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events, webinars, workshops, and customer appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including event planning, email marketing, and social media promotion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, report generation, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Fluency in German and English.
