Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the physiotherapy team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members
- Represent the company at external meetings and events
- Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role in physiotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
