Job Responsibilities
  • Support the professional leadership of our team
  • Lead and develop our therapists
  • Care for patients in individual therapy sessions and on our modern training area
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement modern treatment concepts
  • Create and design treatment and exercise plans
  • Plan therapy schedules
  • Contribute to internal training and team events
  • Represent our company culture internally and externally
Requirements
  • Motivation to contribute and take responsibility
  • Completed education and relevant experience as a state-recognized physiotherapist
  • Desirable: first leadership experience and the ability to motivate
  • Empathy and understanding in patient interactions
  • Interest in sports and active physiotherapy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to continuously develop and improve
  • Good organizational skills and careful documentation of treatment progress
  • Interest in additional programs and work beyond the therapy room
