Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Licensing Strategist to join our team at Vality One Recruitment GmbH. As a key member of our licensing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global licensing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive global licensing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Analyze market trends and identify potential licensing opportunities in various regions.
  • Business Development and Partnerships:
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with licensors and licensees to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with other companies to expand our market reach and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Market and Regulatory Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify licensing opportunities and assess their viability.
    • Ensure compliance with international regulations related to licensing and intellectual property to minimize risks and avoid potential liabilities.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Oversee the management of our product portfolio from a licensing perspective, ensuring optimal profitability and growth.
    • Assess the potential of existing and new licenses to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Risk Management:
    • Cross-functional project management expertise to mitigate risks associated with licensing agreements and intellectual property.
    • Effective budgeting and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Pharmacy, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in licensing medicinal products, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
