Global Process Control Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our process control systems optimization efforts globally. As a Global Process Control Manager, you'll be responsible for standardizing and optimizing the safety and function of our process control systems, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an assessment and annual evaluation tool to demonstrate the real-time maturity of process control at our global sites.
- Build and execute a roadmap for improvement that aligns with our corporate strategy.
- Standardize, benchmark, and own the way we create functional descriptions and user requirement specifications for process control projects.
- Own the return on investment for process control projects from a corporate standpoint, ensuring strategic projects are aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Build and maintain a global network of 3rd party integrators for large/medium size projects and site support.
- Develop a skills inventory database and a standard organizational structure for site process controls engineers, integrating this system into our global group and clarifying local and global process control teams' responsibilities.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of well-rounded, global professionals to support projects and sites in delivering the roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.
- 10-15 years of experience in a plant or project leadership role in process control and automation is required.
- Leadership responsibility for more than one site or project team is an asset.
- Global project management experience is a plus.
- Global leadership experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% globally.
