Capital Portfolio Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Portfolio Leader to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of chemical processing plant construction projects in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage regional project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of construction projects and collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Implement regional quality control processes to ensure construction meets design specifications and conduct inspections and quality audits to maintain high standards.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans and monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in construction management, especially in chemical processing plant projects.
- Knowledge of chemical plant processes and equipment.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the chemical processing industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
