Cluster Category Manager Services Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Category Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our Global Indirect Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities for the Services category within the German cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as set category liaison for Global Category Managers, ensuring close collaboration with all cluster stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate Regional/Local implementation plans as per Global/Regional directions, applying Category Management principles.
- Manage SRM with key Regional suppliers in full coordination with Global/Regional directions, ensuring sustainability of supply and effective supplier relationship management.
- Participate in financial planning and deliver benefits/value within their perimeter of action, achieving set Procurement negotiation targets and KPIs.
- Drive ad hoc cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring Regional/Cluster alignment and compliance with strategies.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or comparable education.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar environment in a multinational company.
- Valuable knowledge of Financial analysis, Business environment, MS Office tools, and SAP.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Special strengths in Strategic thinking, Leadership skills, and Effective Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.
