Cloud Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Cloud Architect to join our Information Security Team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and operating a framework of information security controls and management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Perform technical analysis and review of systems architectures, including cloud-native solutions with a focus on AWS.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including infrastructure teams, software developers, and technical product managers.
- Support the implementation of technical and organizational information security measures.
- Participate in information security relevant due diligence activities.
- Conduct and support information security incident response activities.
- Automate information security relevant activities, including monitoring compliance with security policies and procedures.
- General understanding of technical security measures, including encryption, IAM, OAuth, firewalls, and network access control lists.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security measures, services, and architecture in AWS and GCP, with relevant certifications.
- System engineering knowledge, including technical architectures, networking, and SDLC.
- Familiarity with relevant business tools and enterprise architecture, as well as common information security tools.
- Understanding of information security operations, attacks, and corresponding incident response.
- Ownership mindset for tasks, with end-to-end responsibility from idea to finish.
- Prioritization skills to focus on the most important and urgent tasks.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, including technical terminology.
- Great awareness of cyber security trends and hacking techniques.
- Experience in using Terraform for IaC, especially AWS, GitHub, and GCP, with basic scripting and programming skills.
- Other technical certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, or OSCP.
- Advanced experience in scripting and programming, preferably in JavaScript, Ruby, and Python.
