About the Role

In this exciting position as Junior Product Manager - Surgical Endoscopy, you will take ownership of the extended business areas and drive results in the context of the EMEA sales organization. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative product and marketing strategies, managing the product portfolio, and conducting market and competition analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative product and marketing strategies, including value propositions, product positioning, internal & external training, pricing, reimbursement, and communication.
  • Manage the product portfolio along product planning, product launch, life cycle management, and product phase-out.
  • Conduct extensive market and competition analyses and prepare needs analyses for the EMEA Management and country organization.
  • Act as a counterpart for local organizations and enable them to drive customer requests and projects forward.
  • Represent products at customer visits, specialist congresses, and customer events.
  • Establish links and relationships with customers and key clinicians on a European level to trial and develop new products.
  • Liaise with R&D departments to ensure customer needs are correctly identified, communicated, and met.
  • Design and carry out training and education concepts for sales representatives and customers in the field of Surgical Endoscopy.
  • Develop the Go to Market Strategy in the Target Discipline Gynecology and Bariatrics in close cooperation with the Surgical Devices counterpart.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or similar with a focus on strategic marketing.
  • First professional experience in product management in a medical area is ideal.
  • Strong business sense, inspiring character, and ability to manage a demanding workload.
  • Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused with good analytical and communication skills.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
