Job Title: Project Management Officer

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior executives to shape E.ON's CCUS business and support strategic planning, Mid Term Planning, and target setting.
  • Define core processes of the new EEP CCO resort and establish Program Director roles within the CCO resort.
  • Ensure alignment, resolve conflicts, and manage interdependencies between EEP-V, D, and IQ projects.
  • Establish effective program management processes, tools, and guidelines, and define standards for project reporting and communication.
  • Provide honest counsel and serve as a valuable sounding board and sparring partner for decision-making and stakeholder management.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in startup environments, consulting, or project management, specifically within the industrial sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for driving the success of new business organizations.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus.
