About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team at Project A Ventures. As the face of employee onboarding, you will be responsible for creating a positive and seamless experience for new hires.

In this role, you will oversee the employee onboarding process, manage the company events calendar, and handle office management duties. You will also be responsible for coordinating company lunches and office events to foster team cohesion and enhance morale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the company events calendar and ensuring timely coordination and smooth execution of all activities
  • Overseeing the employee onboarding process and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires
  • Handling office management duties, including maintaining supplies and ensuring a well-organized, efficient office environment
  • Coordinating company lunches and office events to foster team cohesion and enhance morale
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for building management and addressing any facility-related issues or communications
  • Developing and implementing initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and creating a positive workplace culture
Your Profile
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, People Experience Lead, or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle professional interactions with discretion and tact
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with calendar management tools
  • Ability to coordinate and manage events, including company lunches and office gatherings
  • Experience in arranging travel and logistics for senior executives
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience managing office facilities and acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in both German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
