For this role, we seek an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Central Europe region. The successful candidate will be responsible for specialist marketing projects across the region, creating and implementing the marketing strategy through a hands-on approach.

Main responsibilities:

Support our Communications and Marketing Central Europe Team

Develop and implement customer communication, sales, and advertising campaigns (print and online, including social media campaigns)

Analyse completed sales and advertising campaigns (print and online)

Co-operate with various specialist departments (e.g. Sales, Product Management, and Corporate Affairs) in Europe

Support our international sales team

Lead on trade fair organisation

Market surveys and innovative market knowledge

Requirements:

Several years of professional experience in marketing and communication

Completion of a degree or training in a relevant subject area

Experience in digital media, applications, and/or social media

Willingness to build up product, service, and customer knowledge

Willingness to work in a matrix organisation

Proficient in English and German language
