ServiceNow ITSM Expert

Join our team at Next Ventures as a ServiceNow Architect and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing requirements for accurate estimation, leading implementation projects in ITSM, and mentoring and sharing technical knowledge with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience as a Technical Consultant with a strong background in ITIL process definition and integration solutions.
- Expertise in leading implementation projects in ITSM and one complete implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow.
- Responsible for reviewing requirements for accurate estimation and mentoring and sharing technical knowledge with the team.
- Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL/industry standards.
- Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 foundation.
Requirements:
