Senior Creative Video Producer

Lilium is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Video Producer to join our Brand & Design Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all video and photo projects, from small-scale in-house productions to high-budget commercial shoots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all stages of pre- and post-production for video and photo projects.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Design Team to develop new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Design and pitch creative solutions, shape the creative vision, and communicate ideas and concepts to team members and superiors.
  • Scout, suggest, and hire supplying partners, including freelancers, agencies, and production companies.
  • Work autonomously on multiple projects with tight deadlines across various image-related formats.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role combining creative direction, videography, and photography.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in video and photo production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, editing, and grading.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends in video and photo production.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
