Job Title: Senior Creative Video Producer

At Lilium, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Video Producer to join our Brand and Design Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all video and photo productions, from small-scale in-house projects to high-budget commercial shoots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all video and photo projects, ensuring they meet Lilium's brand requirements and budget constraints.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Design Team to develop new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with multiple creative and technical departments, including the Communication Team, and coordinate with external partners such as suppliers, media companies, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Design and pitch creative solutions, shape the creative vision, and communicate ideas and concepts to team members and superiors.
  • Manage a growing asset library by indexing and tagging content in an organized and accessible manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role combining creative direction, videography, and photography.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in video and photo production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, editing, and grading.
  • Ability to create compelling visual concepts and effectively convey creative ideas.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends in video and photo production.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
