Program Manager Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Discover International. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, and potential risks are identified and mitigated.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance, using appropriate tools and techniques to track progress, manage changes, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program or project management within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects or programs on a global scale.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
