Program Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex projects in the medical device industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with our company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and potential risks are identified and mitigated.
- Monitor project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques to track progress and manage changes.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program or project management within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects or programs on a global scale.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
