At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Dresden. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for leading complex projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role
  • Manage planning, implementation, and finalization of projects for semiconductor, flat panel display, photovoltaic, or battery production facilities.
  • Own cost, time, and quality targets of the project, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and related topics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide internal and external project reporting, ensuring transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assemble and manage Exyte's project team during the planning and execution phase, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Participate in contract award negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors, securing favorable terms.
Requirements
  • Completed master studies in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building services, or clean room technology.
  • Longstanding professional experience in the planning and execution of EPC investment projects.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and stay on-site, as required.
  • Independent and service-oriented work style, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
