Medical Representative North Position

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Medical Representative North to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for disseminating scientific and clinical information to ophthalmologists, hospitals, private clinics, and targeted dispensing opticians and optometrists.
Your main responsibilities will include promoting Essilor products and services to ophthalmologists, orthoptists, opticians, and relevant healthcare professionals through visits, training, information meetings, conferences, and other events.
You will also be responsible for establishing visit plans and targets in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Manager, monitoring results, and proposing corrective actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disseminate scientific, technical, and evidence-based information on our products and services to ophthalmologists, orthoptists, opticians, and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Establish visit plans and targets in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Manager.
- Monitor results and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Support the growth of Stellest, Varilux, and Light Management solutions in coordination with the Medical Affairs Manager and business.
Requirements:
- Completed training as an optician.
- Scientific/clinical and medical affairs knowledge, particularly in myopia management.
- Fluent in German and sufficient proficiency in English to understand technical and clinical papers, documents, and materials.
- 5+ years of sales experience in practice or in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills, including active listening and the ability to convince key stakeholders.
- Driven for results and autonomous.
