About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management Consultant to join our team at 0004 DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions, including analysis, design, implementation, and support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of consulting, implementation, and application management of complex HCM solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of personal financial connections with a focus on payroll and time management (Germany), as well as basic knowledge in two additional areas: personnel administration, organizational management.
  • Practical experience in the field of migration from classical SAP-HCM solutions to the new SAP world (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors).
  • Good implementation knowledge in the field of accounting and time management (including schemes and cycles).
  • Experience in carve-out and migration projects.
  • Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Willingness to travel.
