About the Role

At 0004 DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the area of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions, including analysis, design, implementation, and support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize client solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of consulting, implementation, and application management of complex HCM solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of personal financial connections with a focus on payroll and time management (Germany), as well as basic knowledge in two additional areas: personnel administration and organizational management.
  • Practical experience in the field of migration from classic SAP-HCM solutions to the new SAP world (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent implementation knowledge in the area of payroll and time management, including schemes and cycles.
  • Experience in carve-out and migration projects.
  • Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Willingness to travel.
